Our client based in South West London is looking to appoint a Transformation Project Manager. This is a project management role working in a corporate Transformation team and is responsible for the project management of an emerging Integrated Care System Estates Programme across South West London funded by the national One Public Estate programme.
This role will work collaboratively with services across the organisation including internal services such as Property Services and external partners including local NHS organisations, surrounding Local Authorities and other South London One Public Estate Partnership organisations.
The programme objective is to carry out a system wide opportunity assessment to deliver a scope for an ambitious South West London Integrated Care System Estates Programme with a specific focus on how the estate can: support reduction in inequalities; support economic recovery and contribute to net zero sustainability ambitions. This role will support the project initiation of work that will inform the South West London Integrated Care System Estates Programme, aiming to reduce health inequalities, contribute to economic and community resilience and maximise resources to focus on outcomes including job creation, a collective reduction in running costs and releasing land for housing.
For this assignment the ideal candidate will have experience of delivering change and transformation in a public sector environment and also knowledge and understanding of working with other public services is desirable e.g. the NHS, Transport for London, Network Rail and the Police. This is initially a 3 month role to support with project initiation. The role will be a hybrid role and presence in the office is negotiable. The role will be between 3 - 4 days a week - this will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The pay rate for this role is £510/day umbrella and sits inside IR35.
