Our client in Greater London (South) is looking to appoint aTransformation manager with experience in Adult social care. This role will be remote working until September but then some hybrid working may be required.
This role will lead the overall programme management of a number of ambitious transformation programmes and projects; and will lead on stakeholder engagement working with officers at all levels of the organisation to support programme delivery, provide programme assurance and ensure we are delivering our transformation benefits in line with our critical path for transformation.
The right candidate must have:
Experience of delivering change and transformation in a public sector environment, within Adult Social Care and have understanding of Local Authority services.
High level project management skills and understanding of recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Lean or Kaizen.
Strong analytical & commercial skills.
Experience of leading or managing change projects.
Have strong leadership skills, modelling a performance culture and constructively building achievement, confidence and skills in other.
Questions and challenges conventional thinking, with a continual eye on the bigger picture in terms of the corporate context and external environment.
This assignment is an initial 6 months with the likely chance of extension thereafter. The pay rate is £450 - £500/day. As mentioned earlier, this role is remote until September and then there will probably be a mixture of home and office expected.
