We have an excellent opportunity to secure a contract role working for Local Authority in Devon. This is a very focused role which will require you to lead on a Planning Application for an Off-shore Wind Farm.
This is a part time role which is funded via a PPA and is therefore limited to 24 hours per week.
To apply you will have recent experience within a local authority development management team. A good grasp of UK planning legislation is required and you will need to have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards furthering your knowledge and gaining more technical experience. Experience of working on a major strategic application is required for this role as well as a relevant town planning degree is required.
The role is based in Devon and will pay £50/hr umbrella, this role is insider IR35.
The successful candidate will not be required to attend the office but there is an expectation that should any site visits to North Devon be required then the officer must attend. You will need access for your own vehicle for site visits.
