Our client based in the East Midlands requires a degree qualified Town Planner to carry out a role within their Development Management Team. Your work will focus on dealing with a caseload of householder and straight forward minor planning applications and you will be required to provide expert technical advice at every stage of the application process.
To apply you will need to have recent experience within a local authority development management team London. A good grasp of UK planning legislation is required and you will need to have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards furthering your knowledge and gaining more technical experience. The role is likely to suit someone looking to move after gaining some solid work experience and is feeling ready to take on more responsibility and career development. A relevant town planning degree is required.
The role will be offered for an initial 3 month period but there is a possibility to will be extended and the rate offered is £18 p/hr umbrella. A full JD is available.
