Full Description

In this role you will provide strategic and operational support to existing Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) for our client in East London. You will be providing advice on TMO governance, financial performance and service delivery. A key aspect of the role will involve working with groups that wish to become TMOs and you will provide expert advice to existing TMOs on how to take on additional responsibilities.

On a regular basis you will carry out research which will assist in the implementation of emerging and existing TMO best practice. You will then have responsibility to communicate this information to TMOs and other stakeholders. You will monitor compliance and report on financial and regulatory controls that are put in place.

To carry out this role you will need to have an excellent knowledge of Tenant Management Organisations and their role in social housing. You will need to be very well organised with a good eye for detail and the ability to organise and manage complex information including financial data.

The initial contract will last 3 months but is fully expected to extend. The rate will be around £20-£23/hr (umbrella).
