Tenancy Sustainment Officer required to work with our local authority client in South West London. In this role you will serve to help prevent homelessness by advising tenants on their rights and options available to them to help sustain their tenancies.
You will need previous experience managing a caseload within a housing team. You will need good initiative as you will be busy from day one and you will need to be competent as our client will not have time to train you. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of UK tenancy legislation, specifically in respect of those facing homelessness and dependent upon the benefits system.
The role is based in South West London but you can expect to be working from home a fair amount at the moment. The contract will run until at least the end of October and pay £20.95/hr (umbrella).
