You will be working with homeless applicants that identify threats to a tenancy and taking measures necessary to prevent this occurring. You will be working in conjunction with a number of third party organisations so good communication skills are essential.
You will need excellent customer service skills and enough knowledge of the homelessness legislation and procedures to confidently be able to advise and provide solutions.
The role is based in East London, will last at least 6 months and pay around £22/hr (umbrella).
