Technical Services Manager London West End £50-60,000 DOE + package
Based in the West End of London an iconic and household name are looking for a Technical Services expert to manage their investment portfolio. This role will see you take full M&E responsibility for 500,000 sq.ft of prime west London commercial real estate. The portfolio is split across 18 sites which are predominantly offices with some mixed use. Our client is looking for someone on a permanent basis but they require someone who can start immediately. They will consider candidates who want to complete a 3-4 month contract only, but their ideal scenario would be a candidate who could undertake a contract to permanent role. Our client are also interested to meet candidates on a straight forward permanent basis. The investment portfolio has been neglected of late and there is a huge opportunity to make your mark.
