Our client, based in West Sussex are looking for a Technical Officer to come into a busy pollution team and deal with statutory nuisance, noise, drainage etc. As this is a varied role you may also be asked to help with the Council's Covid response. You will be a member of the team and be asked to get your hands dirty (then washing them) all around the District.
To be successful they are looking for someone from an enforcement background who is good at dealing with people, enforcing legislation and is willing to become a member of the team. You can come from licensing, environmental health, trading standards or even the police or military but you must have the right attitude.
If successful you will be offered a 12 month contract paying £25-£30PH LTD.
