Our local authority client based in Cambridgeshire are looking to appoint an experienced Private Sector Housing Technical Officer. They are looking for someone to carry out the full range of duties of a Technical Officer from basic investigations/inspections to the most complex cases in relation to the assigned work team/work area – namely Residential.
This roles requires you to hold the HHSRS certificate and have at least 2 years experience of working within a local authority setting, in particular have HMO licensing experience.
The role will run for 3 months and they will pay £35-£37PH Umbrella. They are looking fro a full time Officer who can be on district but home working is permitted in a hybrid working schedule.
