Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for 2 private Sector housing Team Leaders to be responsible for the day to day management of staff working on their work programme in delivering the Councils strategies with respect to private sector housing conditions and assist the Service Manager Private Sector Housing in developing and delivering those strategies.
Under the general direction of the Service Manager Private Sector Housing, you will be asked to efficiently and effectively discharge the duties and tasks assigned to the Housing Standards Team including the supervision and management of the work of Environmental Health Officers, Housing Improvement Officers and Housing Standards Officers as directed by the Service Manager Private Sector Housing.
To be successful you must have significant experience assessing private sector housing conditions as well as experience managing a team in a local authority. If successful you will be offered an initial 3 month contract and they are willing to accept CVs with rates attached (within the region of £30-£40PH LTD).
