Our local authority client, based in South London are looking to appoint an experienced Manager/Team Leader to their Food Safety Team. You will effectively deliver food law regulation and business compliance and as required by Food Law and the FSA.
This role requires an established Officer who is proficient within Environmental Health Food. You must have current or recent experience in food law regulation and at least relevant years post qualification experience delivering the range of food law regulation. You must also have in depth knowledge of Regulatory Services and related disciplines preferably within inner city areas.
This role is currently for 3 months although it may extend. Current pay rates are up to £45 but we are more than happy to negotiate with the clients for higher rates.
