A well know and much loved asset & property management firm are experiencing a high volume of work in their Bristol office. They are looking for a surveying executive with experience of property management, ideally with commercial assets. The business has offices throughout the country providing portfolio management services to an impressive institutional investor client base.
This role will involve direct client relationship management, advising and reporting, tenant applications, service charge budgeting, enhancing asset appearance and generally ensuring an excellent standard of managing the assets. You will be supported in this role by facilities managers and client accountants.
