Full Description

As Service Improvement Manager you will be responsible for team of 4 working within our clients Housing / Place department which delivers a range of housing services.

During the assignment you will be required to focus on 3 core activities: managing and delivering the Council Housing Assurance Framework, leading the Housing Improvement plan and overseeing the Feedback, Learning and Insight Officers work programmes. Ultimately you will serve to put in place effective processes and systems for ensuring continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with a detailed knowledge of working in a regulatory environment, specifically in relation to Council Housing. You will need a proven track record of driving improvement across the service and ensuring compliance with the standards of the Regulator for Social Housing.

Good leadership skills are absolutely critical and you will need to be someone who is highly focused on achieving high standards of work and building relationships which deliver with key internal and externally partners.

Our client is offering an interim assignment, expected to last at least 6 months,. They will pay £450 per day (inside IR35). They are based in North London and can offer very flexible work arrangements.
