Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary consultant. The company work on a broad range of projects on behalf of public and private sector clients. They provide advice across the entire spectrum of projects from initial feasibility studies, through to the submission of planning applications and appeals.
The role specifics
In this role, you will be provided with a wide array of clients, working mostly on a range of projects in the West of England, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. An ability to communicate well with landowners and sub-consultants will be fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for providing clients with viable planning strategies in a comprehensive and timely manner.
Role requirements
Candidates for this role should have at least 4 years of planning experience. Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority will be pivotal for this position. Your understanding of the planning process, as well as your commercial awareness will be important. All applicants must have either an RTPI accredited undergraduate or master's degree.
Remuneration
You'll be offered a remuneration package ranging from £38,000 - £47,000 per annum for this job, depending on your level of experience. Additional benefits include contributory pension, health cover, travel insurance and variable holiday. The company annually review performance, giving employees the chance to receive pay rises when merited. The organisation additionally offers a clear promotion structure and there is a good opportunity to progress to Director level in the future.
