Our client, based in Surrey are looking for a Senior Property Standards & Empty Homes Officer to provide an excellent service to owners, occupiers and tenants in all tenures using a range of intervention strategies, including enforcement action, education and advice
You will be asked to help out with the Inspection of HMO's in respect of HHSRS Enforcement and HMO Licensing Schemes, investigation and Enforcement Action in relation to all types of Private Sector Housing Complaints and you will be asked to complete follow up reports, letter writing, decision making, preparing notices and enforcement case files.
To be successful you will need to have experience in the above for another Local Authority.
The successful candidate will be offered a 30 hour a week placement paying £28-£35PH LTD depending on experience and qualifications and when not on district, you will be working form home.
