Senior Project Manager Southend-on-Sea £60,000 + benefits and bonus
A Global corporate are looking for a Senior Property Project Manager to be based at their offices near Southend-on-Sea. You will lead and deliver on a wide ranging variety of refurbishments and new build property projects spanning multiple asset classes. You will be assisted by estates staff and project managers as and when the need arises although you will have complete budgetary control and will solely be responsible for the financial forecast and cash flow monitoring for each project under your remit.
" 5 yrs+ practical experience in managing construction projects " Attainment of recognition from either a professional or educational body associated to property/construction " Knowledge of environmental legislation " Experience of construction contracts (NEC) and construction procurement methods " Experience of the Construction, Design Management (CDM) Regulations
