Our client based in South West London require a degree qualified Town Planner to carry out roles within their Policy Team. Working in a busy department, you will assist in the preparation and implementation of the Local Plan and related planning policy work streams. You will be expected to take responsibility for specific policy areas, including monitoring, review and research.
Recent experience in a policy planning role writing strategy and policy documents is essential (and ideally you will have gained this within London,) and your knowledge of current planning legislation and guidelines will need to be fully up to date.
This role will be offered for an initial 3 month period but is expected to be extended. The rate offered will depend on your experience be around £30 per hour and this role is inside IR35. Please get in touch for a copy of the JD and further details.
