Senior DM Planner required for a Local Authority in West London.
You will have responsibility for processing a wide variety of planning submissions including complex and small-scale Major developments and any subsequent planning appeal work.
You will also deal with the processing of pre-application planning enquiries whilst acting within delegated responsibilities.
We are looking for an accomplished DM Planning Officer, with recent experience within a Local Authority Development Management team. You will need to be comfortable managing a mixed caseload and working under minimal supervision.
The rate will be £47.50/hr and the initial contract will run to end of March 2024.
