On a daily basis you will be expected to produce accurate, detailed written reports within our clients agreed timescales which may mean you are often working to demanding deadlines. As part of you role you will be involved with negotiating agreements under S.106 of the Town and Country Planning Act and you will also work on planning appeals cases.

To apply for this role you will need to be a degree qualified Town Planner with a strong development management background. You will need to be comfortable managing your own caseload and able to work well under pressure when required. You will need to be well organised and confident dealing with external third parties and able to produce well written communications.
