This is an excellent opportunity to work right in the heart of London and work on an extremely diverse caseload of planning applications.
Our client needs someone with enough experience to manage a caseload of complex planning applications including applications for major developments. In addition to processing applications, you will be required to deal with paid pre-application requests and appeals.
We are looking for those with a good level of technical knowledge of UK planning regulations and ideally you will have previous experience within London and an appreciation of the planning challenges of inner city development. Experience of working with M3 Northgate is desirable but not essential.
The role will last at least 3 months and will pay circa £35/hr Umbrella.
