Our client is looking for a well-rounded Senior DM Planning Officer who is capable of managing a range of applications from minors to small majors. This would be a good role for an existing Senior looking for more responsibility and the chance to broaden your experience.
You will join a relatively small team and as such you will and as such you will be expected to assume a high level of responsibility and autonomy. You will manage your own caseload and whilst not overly demanding numbers wise, due to the level of involvement you have on each case the role will require the ability to effectively deal with applications at all stages.
The initial contract will run until the end of August 2024, but is very likely to extend, and our client is offering a rate of £43/hr which is very good for this role. They are based in Surrey and offer hybrid working, so you will need to be within reach of the offices.
