Our client requires a highly competent Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to lead on the management and monitoring of lease events, billing and rent collection, service charge administration and the procurement of agent's services.
To carry out the role you will need the ability to monitor and manage budgets and carry out complex landlord negotiations so good communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have RICS accreditation and you will need a thorough knowledge of billing and rent collection processes. It is absolutely essential that you can work with minimal supervision and are comfortable managing your own work programme.
The role will be offered at 'Senior' grade and pay around £40/hr (umbrella). The role is based in Hertfordshire and will initially run for 4 months (subject to extension).
