Senior Facilities Management Consultant London, West End 6 month fixed term contract £45-55,000
Based in the West End of London this well known and well regarded managing agent are looking for an interim facilities manager for a period of 6 months with the option for a permanent role should both parties want to pursue that. You will be looking after a portfolio of central London commercial assets which are predominantly offices with some retail frontage. The assets are multiple occupied service charge properties owned by Asset and Investment Management companies.
