As the Senior Estate Regeneration Manager you will lead on the regeneration and restoration of existing estates to develop new affordable homes. This will cover every stage, from site identification through to appraisal and design development. The role will have line management responsibility for a team of Regeneration Managers.
On a daily basis you will lead on proposals to regenerate existing estates and to bring forward development that creates sustainable, resilient communities. You will manage all aspects of major site development including design, financial viability and procurement
A primary focus will be undertaking effective stakeholder engagement and developing and leading on the implementation of business plans and appropriate targets.
We are looking for an accomplished Regen Manager with experience on major development schemes ( £50m value) alongside excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate across departments and teams whilst also managing external relationships. Whilst the role is focused on estate regeneration, we need someone with experience of mixed use schemes.
It is essential that you are a confident leader and you can hit the ground running as our client has a very busy work programme.
The role is with a Local Authority in East London and will pay £600/day (inside IR35).
