Our client, based in South London is looking to appoint a Senior Commissioning Officer for All Age Disability to develop strategic priorities and lead the work on the design and commissioning of services for children, adults and families, in order to improve quality, value for money and reflect national and local priorities.
For this assignment, you will lead the joint commissioning of services for children, adults and families, working with a range of partners across the statutory, private and voluntary sectors, including the NHS to develop robust, integrated commissioning structures and processes.
The post-holder will also build and maintain relationships and work co-operatively with relevant service managers, providers and officers from across the department and the Council to ensure that commissioned services meet the continuing and changing needs of children, adults and families.
This role will be leading on some high profile commissioning projects. The successful candidate will need to pick up these projects quickly and complete reports, analysis and work with partners across social care, finance, procurement as well as external stakeholders.
This pay rate for this assignment is £400/day umbrella and the contract is set for an initial period of 3 months.
