Full Time, Permanent Role!
Our client based in the South East is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager in a full time permanent position. In this role yo will be instrumental in developing & implementing robust and effective Procurement and Commercial strategies to ensure the supply chain is procured and managed efficiently and in line with relevant regulations to deliver maximum value.
As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead a team of commercial experts who will work with the procurement team to procure high value contracts. Following the procurement, you will manage the contracts, acting as an advisor and trusted expert to the clients specified business directorates.
In the role you will ensure quality assured commercial management and you will manage associated commercial activity to achieve value creation and minimise total cost of ownership for the client. You will be setting, defining, and implementing strategies and tactics; managing conflict resolution, using your ability to influence at all levels.
This is a great opening to be part of a major infrastructure development project in the South East over the next 5-7 years with an exposure to work with senior leaders including members of the executive leadership team. You will be empowered in this leadership role with responsibility for developing and implementing the commercial strategies for major projects.
This is a full time, permanent role and the salary on offer is up to £70,000pa £400/month car allowance. This is a hybrid role but you will be expected on site up to 3 days per week.
