Full Description

Joining our client in South West London you will be working within a team involved in collecting payments for the Community Infrastructure Levy. You will assist in the process of establishing liability, charging, collection and the enforcement of collection and you will be required to calculate the amount of payments and when the payments are due. You will use the Planning applications system, document management system, council tax system, non-domestic rate register and database/spreadsheet software as necessary to accurately record CIL information and log Notices.

To apply for this role it would be an advantage to have an understanding of the UK planning system and ideally you will have carried out a similar role previously within a UK local authority. Good admin skills are essential alongside a high level of IT literacy and you will need good communication skills and confidence when it comes to dealing with external third parties. A keen eye for detail and good mathematics skills are also required.

The role will initially be offered for 3 months but is likely to run for longer. The rate will be £20-£24/hr via an umbrella company (role is inside IR35).Please get in touch for further information.
