Our client, based in Hampshire are looking to appoint a part time, experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their team in October. They require someone who is able to undertake inspections of private rented dwellings and processing of HMO licence applications, draft licence conditions and where appropriate take enforcement action for breaches.
This role will require at least 2 years experiences within a local authority setting. You must, at a minimum hold the HHSRS certificate.
The contract is due to start ASAP and is for 3 months however it is likely to be extended subject to satisfactory performance. This is for 3 days per week.
This would be a mixture of home working and having to be on site for inspections. They are paying £35-£40PH LTD.
