Our client is looking for a CIL Infrastructure Planning Officer who can lead on and manage systems in respect of the implementation of their Community Infrastructure Lev, Mayoral CIL and Planning Obligations (S106) programmes.
You will manage the collection and distribution of developer contributions and ensure all financial systems are kept fully up to date with accurate information and data. A key part of the role will be the enforcement of collection deadlines and you will need efficient systems for ensuing developers are on time with their transactions. You will help in calculating the figures and you will, as appropriate, issue demand notices for follow up and action.
We are ideally looking for a well established CIL Infrastructure Planning Officer and as such the client is willing to pay up to £35/hr. Alternatively, we would consider applicants from a financial / accounting background who can demonstrate solid experience with financial management systems.
The role will be at least 3-6 months and our client is based in North London.
