A well know and much loved asset management firm are looking to increase the expertise in their London office. They are looking for a senior surveyor level individual who has experience within the residential property sector, specifically block management and AST tenancy's. The business has offices throughout the country with London being their thriving head office.
This role will involve direct client relationship management of two high profile and iconic estates in central London, advising and reporting to the clients, identification and execution of asset management initiatives, enhancing asset appearance and generally ensuring an excellent standard of managing the assets, property inspections, tenant liaison and agreements, service charge budgeting/reconciliation. You will have the assistance of junior property managers, facilities managers, building managers and client accountants.
