£25-50,000 depending on experience + up to 30% commission payable month of deal completion
A London based independent real estate firm who specialise in development & investment agency are looking to recruit a Residential Agent. You will be mentored by one of the founding partners and will benefit from their extensive expertise, credibility and network.
The role will involve:
- Land & residential asset brokerage - Development agency, primarily disposals of London off plan opportunities to domestic and overseas investors - Advising overseas clients on acquisitions and disposals of residential assets throughout the UK
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual who wants direct client access and has the drive to maximise upon the firm's impressive network. The firm are flexible on level and will consider candidates from either an estate agency background that have the aptitude and raw skills to transition into this role, or candidates currently working for a surveying firm who would enjoy an adult and entrepreneurial environment with a clearly defined bonus structure payable upon deal completions.
