Our client is a local authority based in East London who are seeking a Regeneration Manager to join them for a contract position and take the lead on the delivery of a number of development projects including a Housing regeneration project.
You will lead on the conception, implementation, project management and delivery of projects within this programme of work, providing business support objectives and regeneration partnership. You will also be responsible for commissioning and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams to support project development and implementation.
To apply you will need to hold a relevant planning related qualification and a proven track record in delivering major regen projects. You will need experience of working within a politically driven organisation operating at a senior level with elected or board members and you will be a team player with proven experience of working in partnership with key partners including the various Council Departments, Developers, Registered Providers and Communities.
The role will initially be offered for 6 months (likely to extend) and the rate will be around £400 - £500 p/day umbrella though there is room to negotiate. Please get in touch for further information.
