In this role you will be require to provide effective contract and performance monitoring e with respect to caretaking, grounds maintenance and refuse contractors working across housing estates in West London. You will be responsible for providing accurate performance information to the Head of Estate Services and you will be required to implement and develop an agreed client / contractor inspection regime. Under the programme you will need to ensure value for money and you achieve this through promoting effective communication channels and co-ordinating work between teams.
The role would be suited to anyone with previous estates management experience who is confident in performance management role that involves dealing with third parties. It's important that you have previous financial management responsibility and you are comfortable managing budgets of up to £2.5m. Good organisational skills are absolutely critical.
The role is based in West London, will pay at least £25/hr and run for 3-6 months to start with.
