Team Administrator - Property
Manchester
£25,000 plus fantastic benefits
A well known and much admired commercial property consultancy are looking for a Team Administrator to support their Building Consultancy division in their central Manchester office. The team carry out building surveys/acquisition advice, planned maintenance schedules, contract administration, due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments, project management and refurbishment/development advice. They need excellent administrative support to reach their goals, and they want you to lead the way in terms of improving efficiency. This is an incredibly varied role.
Duties include:
- Liaising with property investor clients, commercial property tenants, contractors
- Organising property inspections - EPC/FRA/Health and Safety /Insurance
- Diary management, meeting confirmations, travel arrangements.
- Document management, data sharing and reporting
- Taking & circulating meeting minutes
Skills required include
- Fast/accurate typing skills
- Fantastic team member
- Relationship building, excellent communicator
- Competent user of Excel
