housing are carried out speedily and efficiently, in line with specification. Specifically you will be dealing with minor works in relation to damp and mould and you will carry out pre and post work surveys of properties across the Borough. You will supervise contractors on site when required and you will co-ordinate work programmes. You will have a degree of financial responsibility in managing payments and invoice processes.
The role would suit someone from a constriction background with previous experience working on social housing projects. A background in stock condition surveys would be ideal. You will need to be a confident, clear communicator who is capable of managing a demanding workload to ensure priority cases are dealt with.
The role is based in SE London, will run at least 3-6 months but very likely to go on much longer and it will pay around £18/hr (umbrella).
