A Project Support Assistant is required by our local authority client to take a role in their housing team that will focus on assisting with the delivery of a specific works programme. The team is undertaking a project to do with condensation in council housing and you will have a key role to play in helping organise home visits and liaising with contractors carrying out works
Specifically you will be responsible for uploading all property related paperwork onto Swordfish, warranty information onto Orchard and component information onto Keystone so any previous experience of these specific IT systems would be an advantage. You will also need good communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly as you will act as a regular point of contact for dealing with residents The role is probably best suited to those who have worked in a housing repairs environment.
Our client is based in Central / West London with easily accessible offices. They ae looking to appoint until end of March 2020 so this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term contract. The pay rate will be around £22/hr (umbrella) which is also very good for this kind of role.
