The company

A dynamic and active residential developer based in St Alban's are now looking for a Project Manager due to increased portfolio growth within the business. This is a great time to join a business that is growing in it's early stages, in addition, you will gain some excellent guidance and support from the directors who have been in the industry for several years.

Role specifics

As a Project Manager you will work in a small team taking responsibility for the delivery of a number of residential projects. This role will see you involved in the development process and you will gain a good understanding of planning, working with your colleagues. The role will give you scope to potentially become a Development Manager in the long-term.

What you'll need

You will be working alongside experienced senior members of staff, whilst being put through your APC if required. All applicants must have a degree relating to a construction or property. Some exposure to the construction or property environment would be beneficial and candidates with a RICS accredited undergraduate degree or master's would be most ideal.

Reward

You'll be offered a salary ranging between £30,000 - £55,000 per annum for this role, depending on the level of experience you have.
