You will work with the Head of Programmes and Change, to deliver a portfolio of innovative digital projects and to drive change management projects to deliver technological, cultural and behavioural change. You will also carry out service reviews and organisational redesign within Environment and Leisure.
On a daily basis you will have responsibility for planning, managing, co-ordinating and reporting on activities to implement one or more projects from proposal to initiation to delivery including the transition into “business-as-usual. You will prepare and present reports including recommendations to outline outcomes of research and monitoring as well as proposals linked to delivery of projects within your remit.

We are looking for a PRINCE2 qualified PM with change management experience within a Local Authority setting. You will need experience of full project life cycle delivery and you will need to be confident in your ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
The initial contract will be 4-6 months but the scope of work may take longer to roll out and the role will likely extend on a rolling 3 month basis.
The day rate is £249 (inside IR35). Our client is in South London, close to London Bridge.
