Osborne Richardson have two excellent new opportunities with one of our local authority clients who are seeking 2 Programme Managers to join them for contract positions within their Housing Service, ore specifically their Housing Management & Assets, Capital Projects & Property Maintenance division.
Reporting to the Director of Housing Management & Assets, you will co-ordinate and help deliver a range of projects under our clients Improving Repairs & Maintenance workstream within the Housing Transformation Programme. You will focus on improving the customer experience and ensuring the right operating model is in place to deliver sustained change. Example projects include work around reducing the repairs backlog and working with colleagues in Digital and IT to improve and refine interfaces between Council and partner systems.
To apply you will need to hold a relevant related qualification and a proven track record of managing projects and programmes within a local authority setting. You will have an understanding of change and enablement initiatives, be able to demonstrate successful implementation, and have in-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project and programme lifecycle, especially change and enablement requirements to deliver strategic objectives within projects and programmes. You must also be able to demonstrate experience of delivering technical services with a focus on compliance and/or building safety (compliance pm only) on your CV.
This role will be based in East London and our client offers a hybrid working arrangement. It will initially be offered for 3 months, though there is potential for it to be extended beyond this.
This role is inside IR35 and the rate offered is £550/day.
