As Team Leader, you'll be right at the heart of it: driving operational delivery and leading a sharp team of Environmental Health Officers across HMO licensing, HHSRS, disrepair, and enforcement. High-profile cases, real influence, and a team that looks to you for guidance — this is leadership with genuine teeth.
We want an experienced Environmental Health practitioner who knows private sector housing enforcement inside out and applies HHSRS with confidence, with a proven track record leading teams in a local authority setting. You'll bring sound judgement, strong command of housing legislation and HMO licensing, and the presence to represent the service in court or committee.
