Our client, based in East Sussex are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing officer. The role will entail managing private housing complaints and DFG applications. You will also be involved in HMO licences.
The role requires an experienced officer within this remit. You must be able to demonstrate on your CV that you are currently doing this work for another local authority covering PSH. You must at the very least hold the HHSRS Certificate.
The client has suggested negotiable rates, current market rates are from £34 on wards Umbrella so we are happy to submit based on your requirement. The role will allow you to work from home but you must be able to commit to being on site at least 2 days per week.
