Our client, based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer to help out with the Inspection of HMO's in respect of HHSRS Enforcement and HMO Licensing Schemes, investigation and Enforcement Action in relation to all types of Private Sector Housing Complaints and you will be asked to complete follow up reports, letter writing, decision making, preparing notices and enforcement case files.
To be successful you will need to have experience in the above for another Local Authority, it is also 100% necessary for you to have the HHSRS certificate. Any experience in public health matters such as Drainage, Filthy & Verminous, Empty Properties will put you in a string position.
The successful candidate will be offered a full or part time placement paying £28-£35PH LTD depending on experience and qualifications.
