Our client, based in Bedfordshire has an excellent opportunity for those looking for long term contracts. They currently have a vacancy in their PSH team and would like for someone to start as soon as possible. The role combines the full range of private sector housing functions, including enforcement of housing standards, HMO licensing, delivering a range of housing grants and loan assistance, and dealing with a range of public health issues.
Please note, half of the role involves dealing with a broad caseload and the other half involves representing the service in a multidisciplinary team working on a high-level project relating to caravan sites. It is therefore essential for the candidate to have expertise in the licensing of such sites.
This role will require someone who is highly proficient within this remit, you will need to hold the HHSRS and a minimum of 2 years experience. As mentioned above, experience with dealing with caravan sites is absolutely essential.
The role will run for 12 months and is a full time position. Rate on offer is £30 Ltd.
