Our client is a local authority based in the midlands who are seeking a Principal Regeneration Manager to join them for a contract position and take the lead on the delivery 5 regeneration development projects including housing and commercial space. You will lead on the conception, implementation, project management and delivery of projects within this programme of work, providing business support objectives and regeneration partnership. You will also be responsible for commissioning and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams as well as managing external funding bids and monitoring submissions. This will specifically focus around the production of a Full Business Case for Local Growth Fund money and the submission of a Full Business Case for Future High Street Fund.
To apply you will need to hold a relevant qualification and a proven track record in delivering major regen projects. You will need experience of working within a politically driven organisation operating at a senior level with elected or board members. This role would be suited for a candidate with technical skills in surveying / a property background.
The role will initially be run until the end of April 2020 (likely to extend) and the rate will be around £350 - £450 p/day. Full JD available on application.
