You will process a range of Planning Obligations (S106) and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters and you will be responsible for writing delegated reports assessing S106 compliance and issuing CIL notices, investigating potential breaches of S106 covenants and other matters to deliver infrastructure across the borough.

To carry out this role successfully, previous experience in a similar role is required alongside a relevant town planning related degree.
