Osborne Richardson are delighted to be working with an independent planning and architecture company, who offer effective development solutions. Our client is looking for a driven Principal Planner or Associate to play a key role in driving the company forward.

Role Specifics

Due to a significant period of growth the company are looking for either a Principal or Associate Strategic Planner to join the team. The role requires a skilled professional that can maintain key client relationships by building rapport, and also possess the ability to win new business.

In this role you will be responsible for promoting a number of complex projects for clients including developers, land promoters and land owners.

Role Requirements:

The position requires an excellent understanding of the Development Plan process; the preparation of representations; and experience/ the ability to give evidence at Examination in Public.

A key requirement for this role is an understanding of 5-year housing land supply, as part of your work responsibility will involve analysing and interpreting housing numbers using different models.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 years experience and also be MRTPI qualified.
