Our client, based in East London is looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader to manage a Unit within the Environmental Health and Trading Standards Service. On a daily basis you will act as the Lead Officer on allocated projects: initiate, support and oversee projects and campaigns within the Team, carry a case load ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements, the Council's policies and procedures to the highest professional practice and to the benefit of the residents in the Borough.
Our client requires someone who has experience of fully managing a group of staff, setting and monitoring individual targets and addressing poor performance. It is also essential that you have achieved registration with the CIEH Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB).
The start date for this role is the 19th of July and the contract will run until the end of November 2018. Rates for this role may be negotiable.
