Excellent opportunity to secure a role in the heart of London and one which will give excellent project opportunities. Our client needs a Senior Planner who can lead on major / strategic apps work, manage PPAs at all stages and is comfortable attending planning committee meetings.
Given the long term nature of their projects and their location in London the contract has potential to extend for some time.
We are looking for someone who has gained central London experience and is familiar with the complexities and challenges of managing major development in an inner city environment. You will need good negotiation skills to be able to lead conversations with developers and other stakeholders. You will draw upon your full knowledge of UK planning regs to help ensure delivery of an efficient, professional planning function.
Our client is offering an excellent rate, £45/hr and the chance to play a key role in team; you will not be held back from leading major development schemes.
They are based in South London, bordering the Thames on their Northern side and close to London Bridge Station. They can offer hybrid working.
