Full Description
Our client is a Local Authority based in South London and they are looking for an experienced Planning Officer to join them for a contract role. You will manage your own large and varied caseload of minor and householder applications.
To apply you will ideally have recent experience within a local authority development management team, however, consultancy experience is also welcome. A good grasp of UK planning legislation is required and you will need to have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards furthering your knowledge and gaining more technical experience. A relevant town planning degree is required.
The role is based in South East London and will pay £32.40/hr umbrella. This role is insider IR35.
It is initially a 16 week contract with potential for extension.
Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement, you will work from the office twice a week.
